They are amazing! Took my Kai here for her second groomers visit, and I was a bit nervous since she’s still a puppy and not used to the groomers. However, they were constantly sending me pictures and updates via text which made me feel at ease. At the end she looked so cute! I really appreciate the care and patience they devoted when grooming my little Kai. Thank you soooo much and we will definitely be coming here again in the future!!

My dog gets overly excited around people and tends to be nippy. True Transformations Grooming took the time to get to know my dog. She is very caring and sweet and an absolute delight to work with. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a dog groomer they can trust!

After a disastrous first grooming with the 5 month old puppy at another groomer that led to a injury, I started my search for another. I came across True Transfurmations, and saw all the good reviews - so I decided to give it whirl. When booking the appointment, I opted for "extra care" due to him being a puppy, his second grooming, and what had happened prior. Upon arriving (mind you I drove 45 min), I had a detailed conversation with Adriana and explained everything that had happened. She didn't try to rush me, and was a great listener. During the grooming, Adriana added a nice personal touch by sending me some photos and a video. I was surprised as no other groomer would do this. Also, I was amazed at how calm my pup was. It shows that Adriana gets to know the pup and lets the pup get to know her prior to starting to build that trust. All in all, I am super impressed by Adriana's service, attention to detail - and the amazing haircut she gave! My baby actually looks like a Shih-Tuz this time! I think the pricing is fair, and I will continue to travel to her for all services. Def worth it! Thank you, Adriana! We will be back!

This was our first appointment at True Transfurmation and my dogs loved her, especially my lil Tea Cup Yorkie. She gets anxiety bad in the car and when you pick her up it starts all over again. So when we went to pick her up she was calm as ever and on the ride home didn't say a peep. First time ever!! BTW..the haircuts were great also. Highly recommend!!
